AstroVenus is an astrology consultation platform operated by Elevado Softwares. This policy explains, plainly, what information we collect from you, why, and who we share it with — whether you're a user booking a consultation or an astrologer providing one.
We collect only what's needed to run a consultation platform: verify who you are, connect you with an astrologer, run the astrology calculations you ask for, and process payment for the time you use.

Both apps request only the device permissions each feature genuinely needs, and every one is optional except where noted:
We keep your account, consultation and transaction records for as long as your account stays active, and for as long as applicable financial and tax record-keeping rules require after that. In-app notifications are automatically deleted after 60 days. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — see Contact us — subject to records we're legally obligated to retain.
AstroVenus is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we remove any account we learn belongs to a child.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, and access controls that limit who inside our organization can view your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat a breach of your data as seriously as you'd expect.
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect; the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
